Classes in Berwick, Wednesdays, 9:30 – 11:00, Chirnside Community Centre, Wednesdays 6.30 – 8.00pm and Guy Roberts Room at Duns Swimming Pool, Fridays 9.30 – 11.00am. Please bring a non-slip mat and a blanket and wear comfortable clothing.
