William Blake: Why He Matters Now @ William Elder Building | Berwick-upon-Tweed | Northumberland | GB

This lecture is given by Dr Elaine Oswald

Although he died nearly 200 years ago, something about Blake’s visionary work continues to haunt the twenty-first century. What is it about Blake that has so endured? Why does he matter now more than ever? In this class we will study his Songs of Innocence & Experience. Please bring your copy of the poems to the class.

Tea and coffee will be served, and all are welcome. There is no need to print out and bring your ticket, as we will have a record of your booking.
